Returns & Exchanges

I really hope you love your merch!

• Unopened items (stickers, posters, pins, socks) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).

• Just email hello@jessinfully.com with your order number + a quick photo.

• Items must be in original condition — no peeled stickers or bent posters.

No returns on:

• Opened sticker packs, temporary tattoo or socks

• Digital downloads

• Anything marked “One Piece Only”

Exchanges
We’ll swap for a different design or size. You just pay the shipping difference.

Refunds
We’ll process it within 3–5 days once we receive the return.
International orders: You cover the return shipping + any customs fees.
